There’s no deeper sea of sameness than lawyer ads on TV. This spot, which I wrote and produced for the law firm of Avera & Smith, takes a different tact. It lets the claim-denying insurance adjuster (the snake to the Avera & Smith mongoose) be the shill. Their message? Don’t Hire Avera & Smith, because they’ll take us to court and make us pay. Dearly.
